PILATES MAT CLASSES
Pilates Mat Classes
Offered at several levels, APOGEE’s Pilates mat classes focus on breathing technique, pre-Pilates mat exercises and mastery of the mat Pilates principles.
Levels: Introduction, Beginner, Intermediate, Open
Pilates Mat with Props
In this class we use Magic Circles, bands, weights, balls and/or foam rollers to create a challenging bone- and muscle-building workout.
Levels: Open
Pilates with Weights
Reconnect to the powerhouse and revitalize your practice as you flow through a series of exercises designed to challenge core muscles utilizing free weights.
Level: Open
Stability Ball Class
Cultivate and maintain strength and endurance in all major muscle groups as you train with a stability ball. This Pilates class emphasizes the Pilates principles of centering and precision. (Athletic shoes recommended)

Power Pilates OneShot

CARDIO CLASSES
Cardio Circuit^
This class moves you through all of the cardio equipment, including treadmills and bicycles.
Fusion Funk
A creative, free-form cardio class designed to sculpt and tone the body. A fun workout set to hip-hop and dance music. Read more about this class on the APOGEE Blog.
Zumba
A fun class incorporating dance moves and Latin music that works up a sweat and burns calories.

YOGA CLASSES
Anusara Yoga
Anusara, which means "following your heart," is a heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring and focused on inner- and outer-body alignment.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is a muscle-shaping, mind-sculpting, demanding workout that involves syncronizing breath with a progressive series of postures, producing a purifying sweat that detoxifies.
Ball Yoga and Weights
A total body workout using weights, the stability ball and yoga mat to create a regimen that stimulates the body and mind.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga uses alignment-based postures and stretches combined with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation.
Prenatal Yoga Series

Restorative Yoga by Candlelight
A Kripalu-style yoga class focusing on stretch and relaxation.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is “meditation in motion,” synchronizing breath with movement and basic yoga postures. Be prepared to strengthen and stretch your muscles, ligaments and joints, cultivate self-awareness and honor your inner wisdom.
