Please do not leave a message for a class reservation.
Reservations for 6:15/6:30 am classes begin at 5:30 am. All others begin at 6 am.
**Additional fees apply. Inquire at the front desk for rates. Class size limited; pre-registration required.


CLASS ETIQUETTE

  • Please check in at Reception prior to class.
  • For your own safety, please do not enter studio once group class has started.
  • Cell phone use is limited to front lobby area only.
  • Please hydrate before, during and after class.
  • Please refrain from wearing perfume, lotions and creams in group classes and all sessions.
  • Group classes must consistently have a minimum of 4 participants to remain on the schedule.
  • Please check with Reception Desk or APOGEE website for class changes and updates.
