Our APOGEE F.I.T. (
Functional Integrative Training) classes are the latest example of our fitness philosophy in action:  IndoRow indoor rowing, TRX and Kettlebells classes integrate invigorating cardio intervals and strength moves in a highly motivating format, that builds physical strength and mental focus. Our instructors ensure that each participant receives a total-body workout in one short hour.
