APOGEE's registered dietitian offers nutrition counseling and is here to help you set and achieve realistic goals and guide you through a plan designed just for you. Our nutrition counseling is not a "diet" program—you'll receive tools you can use for the rest of your life to eat well and maintain your wellness goals.

LIFE COACHING
Do you feel like you’re stagnating or having difficulty setting priorities? APOGEE now offers life coaching! Our Life Coaches will help you identify your objectives and the obstacles that get in the way of achieving them. Together, you will design a realistic plan of action and check-in periods between sessions. At your life coaching meetings, you'll chart your progress, discuss new challenges and benefit from the input of a professional with a more objective perspective.

MASSAGE THERAPY
Relax with the APOGEE Massage, customized just for you by our experienced massage therapist. You'll feel stress and tension melt away, experience improved circulation and joint range of motion, and bring your body back in balance.
