NUTRITION COUNSELING
Looking to boost your energy, manage a medical condition or tackle a comprehensive weight-loss program? APOGEE's registered dietitian is here to help you set and achieve realistic goals and guide you through a plan designed just for you. This is not a "diet" program—you'll receive tools you can use for the rest of your life to eat well and maintain your wellness goals.
LIFE COACHING
Do you feel like you’re stagnating or having difficulty setting your priorities? APOGEE’s Life Coach will help you identify your objectives and the obstacles that get in the way of achieving them. Together, you will design a realistic plan of action and check-in periods between sessions. At meetings, you'll chart your progress, discuss new challenges and benefit from the input of a professional with a more objective perspective.

Swedish Massage, 60 min
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits such as improved circulation and stress reduction.
Sports Massage, 60 min
Aimed at assisting athletes recover and prepare for moderate and vigorous activity. Specific techniques are used including: stretching, range of motion manual movements, and circulatory strokes (for blood, lymph and oxygen circulation) throughout the body.
Deep Tissue Massage, 60 min
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage, 30 min
30 min massage session focusing on the upper body, releasing trigger points, tension, and muscle spasms while relaxing your mind!

Reflexology, 30 min
Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil or lotion. It is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that correspond and effect physical changes to areas throughout the body.
Pregnancy Massage, 60 min
This massage provides expectant mothers with tranquil relaxation, stress reduction and relief from muscle cramps, spasms and myofascial pain, especially in the lower back, neck, hips and legs. It can increase blood and lymph circulation, which can reduce swelling. Massage also can improve outcome of labor and ease labor pain.
Hot Stone Massage (coming this fall)
Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.

Jennifer Vagios, MS, RD
Jennifer Vagios, MS, RD, is a Registered Dietitian with a contagious passion for healthy living. A Westchester native, Jennifer earned a BS in Foods and Nutrition from Marymount College and a MS in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Teacher's College Columbia University. She has a Certificate in Adult Obesity and Weight Management and is president-elect of the Westchester Rockland Dietetic Association. Jennifer has worked as a clinical dietitian at several New York-area hospitals and wellness centers providing nutrition counseling and education to a wide range of clients. "My approach is very individualistic," says Jennifer. "I don't put people on diets. I give them tools they can use for the rest of their lives."
LIFE COACHING
Staci Rosenberg, LMSW, CEC
Staci Rosenberg, LMSW, CEC, has been practicing as a life coach and psychotherapist since 1997 and has worked with a wide variety of clientele, from early childhood to the elderly, in outpatient psychiatry and private practice both in Westchester and Bronx counties. Staci formed Live a Life by Design, LLC in 2007 and is a certified Life Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and is a professional member of the National Association for Social Workers in the State of New York. “My mission," says Staci, "is for everyone to create the life that they desire through thoughtful methodical introspection and a well-designed roadmap to become the best version of themselves.”
