The following classes are included with an APOGEE membership:
Anusara Yoga
Anusara, which means "following your
heart," is a heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring and focused on inner- and outer-body alignment.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is a muscle-shaping, mind-sculpting, demanding workout that involves synchronizing breath with a progressive series of postures, producing a purifying sweat that detoxifies.
Cardio Bootcamp
A high-energy cardio class.
Fusion Funk
A creative, free-form cardio class
designed to sculpt and tone the
body. A fun workout set to hip-hop

Hatha Yoga
An accessible and eclectic blend of
different styles of yoga designed to
tone and stretch the whole body, relieve
stress and create a deep experience of
well-being, Hatha yoga uses alignment-
based postures and stretches.
Kripalu Yoga
A yoga class formulated from the Kripalu teachings.
MVe™ Chair Workout
If you like Pilates Reformer workouts,
you’ll love the MVe™ Chair. With this
challenging piece of equipment, you’ll
reap all the benefits of Pilates classes: a long, lean look and sculpted abs.
Level: Open
OneShot
This exhilarating workout combines three
cycles of Power Pilates mat work and cardio
using “ropeless” jump ropes. Scoop and Jump!

Pilates Mat Classes
Offered at several levels, APOGEE’s Pilates
mat classes focus on breathing technique,
pre-Pilates mat exercises and mastery of the
mat Pilates principles. Levels: Intro, Beginner,
Intermediate, Open, Advanced
Pilates Mat with Props
In this class we use Magic Circles, bands,
weights, balls and/or foam rollers to create
a challenging bone-and muscle-building workout.
Pilates on the Ball
During this class we use various types of
balls to deepen and challenge the
connection to the powerhouse.
Restorative Yoga
A Kripalu style yoga class focusing on stretch
and relaxation.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is “meditation in motion,”
synchronizingbreath with movement
and linking basic yoga postures
with music, insights and poetry. You’ll
strengthen and stretch your muscles,
ligamentsand joints, cultivate self-awareness
and honor your inner wisdom.
Zumba®
A fun, moving Latin dance class.
Have a great time dancing while losing
inches.

APOGEE F.I.T. PROGRAMS*
APOGEE F.I.T. (Functional Integrative Training) classes are core-based, total-body workouts that build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The next best thing to personal training, these small group classes incorporate the latest exercise equipment to give you an efficient, results-oriented workout every time.

Indo-Row
This low-impact, high-sweat cardio
class calls on your legs and core
to produce powerful strokes on our
elegant indoor rowing machines.
Drills, group challenges and rhythmic

Kettlebells
Our instructors alternate strength
drills and cardio intervals using
round, cast-iron kettlebell weights.
Engage your core and build total-body
strength as you control the swing of
the kettlebell.
TRX
Use your core muscles to stabilize
your body weight as you stretch and
strengthen every muscle in your body.
Total Resistance Exercise uses straps
suspended from the walls to increase the challenge of even the simplest
calisthenics.

Funk It Out
Over the course this class, you’ll learn
dance moves choreographed by Theo
Philip to five current hit songs. Each
week you’ll learn a little more and by
the last week, you’ll be a master of

Prenatal Yoga Series
Our 8-week prenatal yoga class is
designed to support a pregnant woman physically and emotionally
