CARDIO FITNESS CLASSES


Beginner Spinner
This cardiovascular workout is designed for beginners to Spinning®, a group workout on stationary cycles.

 

BOSU Conditioning
This cardiovascular workout incorporates BOSU Balance Trainer and strength training


Intermediate Step
A cardiovascular workout utilizing a step platform. Participants must have previous step experience.

 

Pilates/Spin

Spinning®
Build cardiovascular endurance and leg strength in this group workout on specially designed stationary cycles.


Spin & Abs
This class combines a cardiovascular workout on Spinning cycles with 15 minutes of ab training.

 

Spin Express
Tight for time? This group cycling class takes less time but amps up the intensity.


Step

Build cardiovascular endurance with this classic workout using a step platform.

Step Up
A choreographed cardiovascular workout utilizing a step platform. Previous step experience required.

 

Zumba
Fun, easy dance steps combine with a Latin beat for fun and fitness

STRENGTH FITNESS CLASSES


Building Better Bodies (BBB)
This all-inclusive strength-training class helps to build bone density strength.


Building Better Bodies (BBB) Express
Thirty minutes of Building Better Bodies, strength training to build bone density strength.


Building Better Bodies (BBB) on the Ball

Build bone density strength using a stability ball.


Cultivating Core Consciousness (C.C.C)
This class uses strength and balance moves designed to create core awareness.

 




COMBINATION FITNESS CLASSES


Cardio Challenge
This high-energy cardiovascular class combines plyometrics and strength training.

 

Cardio Kick and Core
This is a cardio power hour with core and body sculpting intervals.

Cycle Strength
Build total body fitness as you alternate upper-body strength moves with cardio cycling.  

 

Power Pilates OneShot

Sensational Seniors
This strength and cardiovascular class is designed for our members over age 60.

Step, Power & Pump
Build cardio endurance and strength in this  advanced interval class.






PILATES FITNESS CLASSES


Intro to Pilates Mat
Intro to Pilates Mat is geared toward the student who has never experienced Pilates Mat. This class will prepare you for Beginner Mat and beyond.

Beginner Pilates Mat
Build a true foundation in the Pilates method by working through the basic 18 exercises and begin increasing stretch and strength while enjoying a safe, fun and challenging movement experience.


Intermediate Level Pilates
This class adds more challenging exericses, increased flow, rhythmic changes and more props to your Beginner Mat foundation. Overhead exercises will be introduced. Prerequisite: Proficient in Beginner Mat.


Open Level Pilates

Taught in a layering fashion, Open level classes are geared toward advanced-beginner to advanced students; Open level classes are not appropriate for those new to Mat or Tower.

 

PILATES EQUIPMENT CLASSES

 

Intro to Tower
For those ready to incorporate the use of springs as both resistance and assistance, the Tower helps deepen the connection to the powerhouse. Prerequisite: Proficient in Beginner Mat.


Advanced Level and Pilates Bootcamp
Advanced level classes incorporate overhead exercises as well as those requiring reduced base of support, increased upper-body demands and balance work. Bootcampers must be  strong at the intermediate apparatus (Reformer/Tower) level as the class is designed to flow and utilize anything in the Pilates studio.



 

YOGA CLASSES


Beginner Yoga
If you are new to yoga or find it difficult or stretch, you will appreciate the gentle approach in this class.


Dancing Yoga

Experience yoga choreographed to music--a wonderful experience!

Prenatal Yoga

Restorative Yoga
In this class, participants use props to support the body through restorative yoga poses to reduce stress, enhance health, balance energy and elicit total relaxation.


Vinyasa Yoga
This class focuses on yoga postures, building physical and mental strength.
