POWER PILATES TEACHER TRAINING AT APOGEE
Power Pilates Instructor Education Programs provide the classical exercises and proprietary teaching tools that enhance communication skills and inspire our students toward their highest level of professional achievement. Through both observation and practical experience, our programs build on the technical expertise by developing confidence and leadership ability in our students.
Pilates Mat Programs
The Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Mat trainings are each 16-hour programs. You do not need Apparatus training to teach a Power Pilates mat class. Once you complete and pass each course, you will receive a certificate of completion stating you are eligible to teach a Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced level Mat Pilates class.
