RECEPTION ASSOCIATE
Overall Responsibility
Provide consistent, quality member service, accurate information regarding all areas of operations, while maintaining Reception desk policies and procedures
Key Areas of Responsibility
• monitor Reception Desk policies and procedures meeting company standards while providing exceptional service to members and guests
• provide accurate and current information regarding all areas of operations
• assist with organization and cleanliness of Reception Desk and adjacent areas
• assist with the coordination of efforts and communication between Reception Desk and other departments
• adheres to departmental polices and procedures
• adheres to company policies and procedures
Skills and Attributes
• excellent verbal communication skills and ability to communicate in enthusiastic, friendly, professional manner
• efficient, well-organized and able to handle various duties simultaneously
• professional image through dress, posture, poise
• assertive with outgoing personality
Experience Requirement
• previous experience in hospitality industry
