"As a competitive equestrian, it is necessary for me to have perfect balance on my horse. During my Fit to the Core regimen at Apogee in White Plains, I have achieved my goals strengthening my core, finding my inner balance and feeling better in general. It has become even obvious to my trainer that assists me with my horse that I have become so much straighter in my body position and correct while jumping my horse. My friends and family have noticed the confidence I exude now that I am feeling better about my body image. When I first came to Apogee, I had chronic neck and shoulder pain and was in physical therapy one to two times per week. I can now say I am pain free and it has liberated me!

"As a recreational and competitive tennis player, I am always looking for ways to improve my game. I started taking group tower classes at Apogee Pilates studio in White Plains. I started with a once weekly class. I quickly saw improvement in my core strength on the court and in daily activities. My posture improved and I realized that I needed more. I now do a minimum of two private sessions per week. The outcome is tremendous. I am capable of so much more on the tennis court with increased speed, endurance and accuracy.
